Michael Farrow is a freelance sports journalist and blogger from Beckenham in South East London.  He is currently the Crystal Palace correspondent for the Kentish Times Newspapers and London24.com, a position he has held since April 2011.

Michael started sporadically blogging in 2003, mainly about US soccer, though he has a secret archive that goes back to the 90’s, if he could only lay his hands on it. He regularly wrote on mixed martial arts for 411mania.com and Total MMA, mainly covering the UK scene, until a famous cage promoter told him to go fuck himself for writing something negative.  He has also contributed to other websites, such as ukmmanews.com and been featured on the FightOpinion radio podcast.

Michael started this blog to bring together his various writings on football, MMA and both codes of rugby.  He currently resides in Beckenham with his wife and her family of stuffed toys.
